Providers first complete the online portion of HeartCode BLS and then complete a hands-on skills session with an AHA BLS Instructor or on a simulation station. Access to the BLS Provider Manual eBook (20-3102) is included with HeartCode BLS. You will be able to access the Provider Manual from within the course.
